  • In the road sector.
    • Chihuahua Beltway.
    • Highway Concession Center Package (Modernization of assets: Chamapa-Lechería, Atlacomulco- Maravatio, Querétaro and San Martin Texmelucan-Tlaxcala Beltway, New Infrastructure: Atizapan- Atlacomuloco, Apaseo-Palmillas, Xoxtla-Tlaxcala, Tlaxcala Beltway, Indios Verdes-Santa Clara, La Venta- Colegio Militar- Tenango-Chalco-San Martín Texmelucan) for the SCT).
    • Supervision of the Mitla and Tapachula Talismán highway PPS projects.
    • Development of the PPS model for the Ministry of Communications and Transportation
    • Legal counsel to the Gulf Central Highway Trust (Fideicomiso de Autopistas Golfo Centro), concessionaire of several toll highway sections on the Mexico City-Tuxpan, Veracrúz route, including the sections Libramiento de la Ciudad de Tulancingo (Tulancingo City Beltway) and Asunción-Tejocotal and Tejocotal-Nuevo Necaxa in the States of Hidalgo and Puebla and Tihuatlán - Tuxpan, in the State of Veracrúz, and the operation and maintenance of the Mexico-Pachuca highway and the Tuxpan Bridge, granted by the SCT, a concession whose operation yielded more than one billion pesos in tolls.

    • He participated with BANOBRAS in the structuring of the NAICM Cargo Terminal as a PPP project; such project observed the mechanism to invest, which was the trust agreement for the administration and source of payment.

    • Advisor to the Trust named Fondo Nacional de Infraestructura para la modificación de la Reglas de Operación del Fideicomiso (National Infrastructure Fund for the modification of the Rules of Operation of the Trust Fund) which allows the development of infrastructure projects in line with climate change, inclusion of vulnerable groups and gender equity. Work performed for the World Bank and BANOBRAS.
    • He participated in the development and structuring of the Legislative Decree for the creation of the conditions for the organization and operation of the Trust Fund for the Durango Central Station Project, in the State of Durango.
